This programme was created by Health and Wellness Coach Jen Feighery who firmly believes there is a gap in the market for women that needs to be addressed. She believes that women need to be refuelled for life tasks ahead. Jen’s MHB Programme has been inspired by her work on the ground with women seeking real results and needing a programme which is sustainable and fits into their busy lifestyle

It’s an old school concept which existed long before the arrival of Advanced Technology. Now it’s very difficult to separate our working lives from our personal lives. A better model which I find highly effective for busy women is a work life blend and that is what led me to creating this women’s corporate wellness program MindHerBody. Instead of weighing up the proportions spent in each zone and hoping to achieve equal measure, I teach women to blend exercise and well-being into their hectic schedules”.
