Covid-19 Safety Protocols
- We are asking that anyone who is experiencing symptoms or feeling ill to reschedule their appointments.
- Please remain in your car until you receive a text message to enter the studio this is to ensure the studio is adequately cleaned after each client.
- Please bring your own towel along to each session.
- Everyone entering the studio is required to have their temperature taken
- We ask that all trainers and clients wash their hands before and after every session.
- Masks are required upon entering and exiting the building and can be taken off for the duration of your workout.
- Please maintain a 2m distance between you and your trainer during your sessions and while using any areas of the studio.
- There will be sanitizing stations throughout the studio; please use for your hands
- Please dispose of any cups or tissues in provided bins throughout the studio.
- All personal clothing and items must be taken with you at the end of your session.
