BodyCamp

JF Bodycamp is about getting the “biggest bang for your buck”. This is a workout which has proven to progress you from the couch to the bikini or speedos.

Jen created BodyCamp in 2012 with the primary goal of turning group fitness into a social event where you have fun, get motivated and achieve your goals. She recognised over the years of teaching and taking part in fitness classes that you meet like minded people with similar interests and aspirations who help you along your journey towards a healthy life.

You’ve heard the saying Those who train together, stay together.

Every class is different and all the exercises have different levels of intensity. Jen is a great motivator and really knows how to push you to your limits. I am fitter and healthier than I have been for 20 years.

The Science Behind Our Classes:
  • We use METABOLIC TRAINING which is a fat burning, heart busting workout that combines cardiovascular training with resistance training giving you a complete body workout that incinerates calories and sculpts sexy lean muscles.
  • We provide HEALTHY EATING PLANS which speed up your metabolism and enhance your overall weightloss.
  • Our ENERGETIC MUSIC and super motivating trainers get you into the “zone” and make you more fit than you ever thought possible.

Course Details: 6 week blocks , 2 classes per week

Days: Tuesday & Thursday

Time: 8:15pm-9:15pm
