Jen created BodyCamp in 2012 with the primary goal of turning group fitness into a social event where you have fun, get motivated and achieve your goals. She recognised over the years of teaching and taking part in fitness classes that you meet like minded people with similar interests and aspirations who help you along your journey towards a healthy life.
