Our unique offering is to provide you with an uninterrupted session in a state of the art studio that is fully equipped with high end Technogym equipment, completely private with only you and your trainer in the gym for the duration of your personal training session

How does it work?

Book Initial Consultation

We will meet in person or online via zoom and have a chat about your goals, lifestyle and health status. This will take approx 30-45 mins and is completely free.

Start Your Personal Training

We create a bespoke wellness plan that is specific to you and consists of fitness training, nutrition and sleep tracking. Your Personal Training session lasts approx 45-60 minutes. Depending on your goals, we will recommend how many sessions a week you need to do.

support & accountability

Our personal training support and advice goes far beyond our studio walls. We will communicate with you on a regular basis throughout the week via what's app or email to ensure you remain accountable, maintain motivation and feel supported throughout your health and fitness journey.
